Support can include technical help, user assistance, and maintenance services and can be delivered remotely or in person on site. Support contracts of varying lengths are also available.
Training
Equipment and software training is available, either in support of the delivery of equipment, or as stand alone training for personnel who are new to a piece of equipment.
Electrical Cabinets & Cable Harnesses
In addition to delivering complete system builds, JP Eng. offers a design and build service for electrical cabinets and cable harnesses. These cabinets and harnesses can be integrated, as additions or upgrades to existing systems.
Selected Case Studies
Simulator Development
We partnered with our client to conceptualise and build a fully bespoke simulation rig from the ground up. A key focus of this project was the development and resolution of the safety case, ensuring compliance while maintaining performance and reliability.
Wind Tunnel Design and Delivery
We worked closely with the client to conceptualise, design and deliver a wind tunnel system certified to UKCA and CE standards. The project covered the full lifecycle from initial concept through to implementation and final certification.
Electro Hydraulic Test Rig
Starting with detailed requirements gathering, we designed, built and commissioned a fully operational electro hydraulic test rig. The solution was tailored to the client’s testing needs and delivered as a complete, ready to use system.
System Design and Build Integration
We collaborated with the client to understand their specific integration requirements, enabling their bespoke controller to interface with an existing system. This included the design, build, testing and integration of custom electrical cabinets and cable harnesses.
